Patchy fog is expected before 8 a.m. Otherwise, it will be sunny, with a high near 90. Calm wind becoming east 5 to 7 mph in the afternoon. Tonight will be partly cloudy, with a low around 61. Southeast wind 3 to 5 mph.

2. Rick Demers and DJ Jeff at Trinity
Rick Demers will perform on the patio of Trinity Bar & Restaurant 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. while DJ Jeff will spin some tunes 10 p.m. to close. There is no cover.

3. Star search
Join Mass Audubon, 108 North St., Norfolk, for an evening of stargazing starting 8 p.m. Use telescopes and binoculars to search out and view the planets, stars and galaxies of the summer sky.  Learn techniques for navigating from point to point in the night sky from members of the Cloudy Nights Astronomy Group. Drop-ins welcome. Minimum age is 7. Cost is $10.

4. Norton’s History
Coming up at noon, learn about the history behind Norton Historical Society.
