Norton Track TVL All Stars

Norton Indoor Track and Field boasted the largest group of students selected to the TVL All Star team this season.  Coach Kent Taylor received his 9th title as "Coach of the Year" since he started coaching. Sr. Kevin O'Leary and Jrs. Mike Tierney and Kassidy Campbell got voted to the First All Star Team.  Srs. Brandon Durocher, Max Marcotte, Billy Sullivan, Shannon O'Rourke, Jr. Cam Stalters and Soph. Justin Ireland were all selected to be named to the Second All Star Team.  Nine schools are in the TVL and coaches from each school vote on the athletes who have performed the best throughout the season. This was the most athletes Norton has ever been selected by all the schools.
The boys undefeated team hopes to continue its streak in the spring with its large team.  The girls team posted its best record of any season.
This weekend these athletes along with Parker Cleathero, Chris Wrenn, Adam Winiarz, Sean Cappellini, Andrew Raneri, Alison and Liz Dufault, Danielle Whitman, Anya DiLorenzo,Kylie Barrows, Melanie Morris,and Molly Bieksha all qualified to attend the State Meet in Boston.
