14/15 Norton Nationals on a roll!!

The 14 – 15yo National All Star Baseball team continued its winning ways by defeating Plainville at home Tuesday night by a score of 12 – 2. Jayson Poirier started on the mound and Tyler Troiano came in  later in the game and shut down the Plainville offense.  The offensive attack by Norton was led by Jake Eberle who went 3 for 4 with a strong baserunning effort put out by Matt Bingel to bring the game to an early close.. The Norton team improved its record to  10 – 2 and will play Norfolk on Thursday evening July 18 ,2013 at the Norton Middle School. The two teams faced each other early in the season with Norton coming out victorious by a score of 4-2 behind a strong pitching performance by Matt Bingel. Feel free to stop by and show your support.
