14/15 Norton Nationals Baseball Team

The 14 – 15yo National All Star Baseball team improved its record to  9 – 2 by defeating Foxboro under the lights on Friday by a score of 8-6. Excellent pitching performances were displayed by  Ryan Brown and John Duranko who held off a 5 run 6th inning by the formidable opponent from Foxboro. The offensive attack by Norton was led by Ryan Brown, Kyle Pereira and Jayson Poirier. The Norton team helped themselves to 15 stolen bases during the contest. Norton will bring its show home on Tuesday, July 16 ,2013 when they will face Plainville at the Norton Middle School. It will be the first meeting of the two this season.
