Norton Boys Soccer Wins Two Post Season Awards

The Norton Boys Soccer team not only had a successful season posting a 13-3-4 record, but has just won the Tri-Valley League Sportsmanship award and state Division 3 Sportsmanship award.  This the 5th time Norton has won the TVL award and the first time they have won the Division 3 State award.

“This is a clear indication that our boys not only perform and succeed at a high level, but simultaneously conduct themselves in a classy manor”, said Coach Eric Greene.  “The boys work hard to be soccer players, but more importantly work harder to be gentlemen, respectful community citizens, and role models”.

Norton will receive the award during a ceremony at halftime of the Division 3 State Championship game at Worcester State University on November 16.
