3. What Else is Happening Around Norton? The second annual Astellas Presents Executive Women’s Day at the 2013 Deutsche Bank Championship will bring together influential women from the Boston area to focus on personal and professional development. Proceeds from the event will benefit The Women’s Lunch Place, which serves nutritious, home-cooked meals to more than 150 women in Boston’s Back Bay area.

Since 1982, the center has provided a gathering place for homeless women, offering food and assistance with housing, employment and personal and legal issues. It also offers laundry and shower facilities, as well as access to social, educational and advocacy services.

The day will begin with a breakfast panel, followed by a behind-the-scenes tour of the Deutsche Bank Championship – including access to the media center, ShotLink operations and Corporate Hospitality locations. The lunch program, sponsored by EMC, will feature keynote speaker Molly Fletcher – a sports agent, entrepreneur and author who CNN named “the female Jerry Maguire."

Following lunch, the program shifts to the "Wine Down - Network Up" portion of the day, sponsored by CBS Radio, where the local, regional and national businesswomen will enjoy a unique networking opportunity.
