DESCRIPTION:Sturdy  Memorial Hospital is offering free cervical cancer sc
 reenings on Thursday\, June 21\, from 6 &ndash\; 8 p.m. in the Hospital&
 rsquo\;s LDRP outpatient department.&nbsp\; The screenings  will be cond
 ucted by Dr. Lawrence Greb\, a board-certified  obstetrician/gynecologis
 t from The Foxboro Center for Women&rsquo\;s &amp\; Family Health\, and 
 will  include Pap tests and pelvic exams.\nThe American Cancer Society e
 stimates that over 12\,000 women will be  diagnosed with cervical cancer
  this year\, and that over one-third of those cases will  prove fatal. R
 egular Pap tests and pelvic exams help detect cancer in its  early stage
 s\, increasing the effectiveness of treatment. These tests can also disc
 over precancerous disorders that can be treated to prevent cancer  from 
 developing. All women\, including those who have finished having  childr
 en\, are encouraged to have regular Pap tests and pelvic exams.\nPre-reg
 istration for this program is required by Monday\, June 18.&nbsp\; For m
