Stoughton Police Make Arrest in Webster Bank Robbery A 30-year-old white male robbed Webster Bank on Washington St. in Stoughton the afternoon of June 11 and then fled the scene, but was arrested in Walpole later Monday evening, Stoughton Police Executive Officer Robert Devine said.
