Today is the last day to register to vote for the upcoming State and Presidential Election.  Registered voters who have not returned a 2012 census form to the town clerks office are considered inactive voters and will be required to complete additional forms and show a valid ID with their voter address on it at the polls before being eligible to receive a ballot. The registration deadline for Norton Youth Soccer's fall recreational season is May 31. The fall season runs nine consecutive weekends, starting in early September and ending in early November. Players practice once a week with games on Saturdays at Norton Middle School. Norton boys and girls born Aug. 1, 1997 through July 31, 2007 are eligible. The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot is noon today. Completed ballots must be received at the Town Clerk’s office by the close of polls on Election Day, Tuesday, April 24.
