I just learned that L.A. Fitness was to go into the former Dress Barn but there are concerns with the septic system in that plaza and they were rejected.

I often see a lot of traffic in the plaza, but I can't say for sure which stores are doing well aside from Roche Bros.

Many of those place are still vacant while maybe a couple have been filled. Fiesta Mexican Restaurant, for example, is about a month old. I don't know exactly how long they have been vacant.
