Unsuccessful Television Theft in Norton Police Log: June 11 - 12

Monday, June 11
11:45 a.m.: Dean Street, breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. Caller states that two weeks ago someone went through her unlocked vehicle. Nothing was taken. She states that last week someone took the battery out of their camper.
11:55 a.m.: W. Main Street, suspicious condition. Employee reports someone attempted to steal one of the televisions on the patio overnight. They were unsuccessful. He reports there is minimal damage.
2:07 p.m.: W. Main Street, assault.
3:40 p.m.: W. Main Street, two car motor vehicle accident.
Tuesday, June 12
1:51 a.m.: Bay Road, suspicious condition. Occupant in parking lot sleeping. Advised to leave.
12:53 p.m.: Harvey Street, suspicious condition. Caller reports a young male going door to door selling cleaning supplies, but has a very bad attitude when refused. Subject was advised and he is getting picked up in a few minutes.
3:50 p.m.: Maple Street, fraud/embezzlement. Female walk-in reports a fraudulent check.
