OBITUARY-Kevin Desrosiers, 41
A Funeral Mass will be held for Kevin Desrosiers on Thursday.
Kevin Desrosiers, 41, of Norton, formerly of Attleboro, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.
Born in Attleboro, MA on Jan. 26, 1971, he was a loving and devoted son of Robert H., Sr. and Susan L. (LaGreca) Desrosiers of Norton.
Kevin grew up in Attleboro, was educated in Attleboro public schools, and was a graduate of Attleboro High School. He continued his studies, attending CCRI in Rhode Island.
For the last year, Kevin had been employed as a toolmaker at Capstan Atlantic in Wrentham. He had previously worked for several at the Phoenix Corp. in Seekonk.
A resident of Norton for the past 10 years, he attended St. Joseph’s Church in Attleboro with his family. His favorite times spent were those in the presence of his adoring family. Kevin was an avid sports enthusiast, NASCAR being his favorite. He loved working on cars and had a longtime devotion for music.
In addition to his beloved parents, he is survived by his dear brothers: Robert H. Desrosiers, Jr. of Boston and twin brother Brian Desrosiers of Norton. He was the father of Sydney L. Desrosiers and is also survived by his cherished niece and nephew, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
His Funeral Mass, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be celebrated on Thursday, July 26 at 10:30 a.m.. in St. Joseph’s Church, 208 South Main St., Attleboro. Burial will follow in the Timothy Plain Cemetery, Norton.
Visiting hours have been omitted and in lieu of flowers, Mr. Desrosiers' family has requested that donations in his memory may be made to the charity of ones choice.
