Norton Man Arrested for Assaulting 14-Year Old, Manufacturing Child Pornography
Lucier, of 150 S. Washington St., Norton was taken under arrest at his home Jan. 5.
On Jan. 5, Norton and Easton Police and members of the Massachusetts State Police arrested 50-year-old Joseph Lucier for charges of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and two counts of manufacturing child pornography.
Lucier, of 150 S. Washington St., Norton was taken under arrest at his home.
Lucier had previously been charged in May 2010 with possession of child pornography. A search warrant was also conducted and computer equipment was seized at that time. A forensic examination of Lucier's computer revealed additional child pornography in his possession and evidence of indecent interaction with a child. After examining the evidence, investigators found he was filming the assaults.
As a result of this new information, Trooper Dan Giossi, assigned to the Bristol County District Attorney's Office, requested an arrest warrant for Lucier on charges of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 and two counts of manufacturing child pornography.
After Lucier's arrest, he was transported to the Norton Police Department where he was held on $2,500 cash, $25,000 surety. Lucier appeared in Attleboro District Court the morning of Jan. 6 and will appear again in the Attleboro District Court in February.

Disgusting, and MA should be ashamed to be so child rapist friendly. 2500 what a disgrace, should have been 100,000. What a monster, but he will be out on the streets or in the comfort of his own child porn den of shame doing it again in less than 2 years I'm sure.
