The Mansfield Bank Charitable Foundation donated $5,000 to Old Colony Habitat for Humanity Monday, to support the construction of a new home in Norton.

"It is exciting to watch a home come into being so quickly and with the support of so many," said Joseph Parisi of Mansfield Bank. " We have been thrilled to help."

The three-bedroom, home supported by Mansfield Bank, is within the Reservoir Road neighborhood of Norton, and will house a young family of five. More photos and information are available at www.oldcolonyhabitat.org.

A non-profit organization dedicated to building affordable housing for families in need, Old Colony Habitat for Humanity services 12 communities in the area.
