1. A chance of showers mainly before 1 p.m. today with a high of 75. This evening will be partly cloudy with a low around 60.

2. At the Norton Public Library today Knot Just Knitting meets from 3 to 4 p.m. Knitters of all levels are welcome. At 6 p.m. Book Cooks: Bangkok Banquet meets at Daggett-Crandall-Newcomb to cook up snacks based on the book The Good Earth.

3. It's Indoor Beach Day at Frenzy from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Kids can play in the sand with shells, sea glass, sand dollars, drift wood and more. This event is $1 with paid admission.

4. At the 9-year-old level in baseball, the main goals are to teach the players the game and have them work on honing their skills. The Norton National 9-year-old managed success beyond that. Read more here.

5. For a relaxing night in, be on the lookout for the latest top rated Redbox rentals in Norton at 2 p.m.
