1. The history of Barrowsville will be presented by Jan Burkhart and the Norton Historical Society at Norton Public Library, 68 E. Main St., 2 to 3 p.m. This illustrated lecture is taken from Clark's History of Norton and the memories of the village's oldest residents. Audience members are invited to share their Barrowsville stories either orally or with pictures and articles.

2. “Memoirs of a Spaghetti Cowboy” will be performed at MMAS Black Box Theatre & Morini Gallery, 377 N. Main St, Mansfield, 8 p.m. Hear Tom Hunter reading from his memoirs and view clips from his films. Also see three NERC signature plays directed by Mike Kiernan. This program contains adult language. Admission is $15. For more information visit www.mmas.org.

3.) Showcase Cinema De Lux Silver Screen film of the week is "The Flying Deuces,” which will be presented 1 p.m. a 24 Patriot Place, Foxborough. This 1939 classic, features Stan Laurel & Oliver Hardy. Admission popcorn and soda is $2. For more information call 508-543-1450.
