200 Marijauna Plants Seized from Maple Street Home

William Roe charged with manufacturing and cultivating Class D-Marijuana.

 

On Feb. 22, Norton police seized over 200 Marijuana plants from a residence on Maple Street, Norton. 

Norton police were at the residence attempting to locate a missing juvenile who was reported missing from Foxborough when officers discovered a large amount of Marijuana inside a shed and garage on the property. Officers were first alerted by the strong odor of Marijuana and subsequently observed the plants.  

Norton Police seized over 200 Marijuana plants, along with cultivating equipment. 

The owner of the residence, William Roe, 50, was charged with manufacturing and cultivating Class D-Marijuana and will be summoned to appear in Attleboro District Court at a later date.

The missing juvenile was not found at the address.
