Applications are now being accepted for Personal Best Charity college scholarships. Two $1,000 scholarships will be distributed through the Good Citizen Scholarship program. Applicants for the scholarship must be a high school senior who has applied to an accredited four-year college, have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher, and performs outstanding, uncompensated community service.
